Exercising for Kids

Kids watch a lot fo TV, or playing games.  I am planning to break up their session into 30 min increments.  During the summer, they have light chores and homework but long stretches of watching TV and/or playing games.

I created a list of body weight exercising that the kids can do.

My kid ranges from 6 – 12. This will also help them be stronger and get ready for soccer that is coming up in August.  Since it is too hot outside to do anything, we can do some body exercises.
